V-Day Vienna 2007 & Vienna Theatre Project present The Vagina Monologues
A production of the Vienna Theatre Project. On March 2nd and 3rd at 7.30pm in the Kosmos Theater, Siebensterngasse 41, 1070 Vienna.

For the first time ever Vienna has the chance to experience this internationally acclaimed piece in it’s original English. It will be an unforgettable evening of tears and laughter.
Proceeds from the evenings donations will go to the chosen organisations V-Day “Women in Conflict Zones”, SWI, Women without Borders and LEFÖ. Last year over 1150 communities took part worldwide raising over six million US Dollars for this worthy cause.

An astounding 27 women will perform Eve Ensler’s Broadway hit.
Based on interviews with more than 200 women about their vaginas, this witty, compassionate and wise collection of monologues celebrates vaginas in all their beauty, complexity and mystery. The moving stories of The Vagina Monologues have swept the world.
Vienna theatre project has planned other events around the performances:
- A talk back session with representatives from SWI, Women without Borders and LEFÖ on 2nd March after the performance.
- An art exhibition celebrating female artists at the Kosmos Theater incl. Ruth Brauer, Lynne Kieran, Ann Oram
- Pink&White Fundraiser Party for vienna theatre project and V-Day Vienna 2007 3rd March in Mumokka Bar & Restaurant, Museums Quarter. Doors open 22 Hrs. DJ, Welcome drinks, Nibbles. Guestlist reservation on office@viennatheaterproject.at. Donations on the door!
